What we do for every watch
- Examined by a watchmaker: every watch in our stock, Seiko 5 Sports and GMT, has been under the watchmaker's loupe.
- New watches, in their Seiko box, with the original 'Ref.' label.
- Filmed before shipping, serial number visible: you receive the video of your watch, not of another one.
- A video call before you buy if you want to see it live: message us on Instagram.
- 3-year Seiwatches warranty, and 14 days from delivery to change your mind, with the return at our expense.
- Protected payment through Stripe, with 3D Secure. Never a bank transfer.
