Worldwide shipping
Outside France: . Outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country on delivery: they are payable by the recipient.
We do not deliver to countries where European Union restrictive measures prohibit sending watches, notably Russia and Belarus.
Before shipping
We film your watch with its serial number visible and send you the video. As soon as it is shipped, you receive an e-mail with the parcel's tracking number and link. You can track your order at any time on the Track my order page, with your order number and the e-mail address used to pay. Throughout the journey, you can still reach us by direct message on Instagram.
On delivery
Check the condition of the parcel in front of the delivery driver. If it is damaged or has been opened, report it to the carrier and send us photos at : we will take care of the rest.
If the parcel does not arrive within the stated time, write to us. Your rights in the event of a delay are set out in article 8 of our Terms of Sale.
Changing your mind: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason.
- Let us know within 14 days, by e-mail to or using the form below.
- Send the watch back within the following 14 days, in its box, with all its accessories and any links that were removed, to the address we give you.
- We refund you within 14 days, including the original delivery costs, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the watch back, or your proof of postage.

You may handle the watch to examine it, as you would in a shop. A watch that is scratched or has been worn may be subject to a deduction corresponding to its loss in value.

You can use this template, by e-mail or by post. It is not mandatory: any clear statement of your decision is sufficient.
