We never have access to your bank card numbers: payment is processed directly by Stripe.
Who receives your data
Seiwatches only, and the strictly necessary service providers, who act on our instructions:
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland): payment and fraud prevention. Stripe also processes certain data for its own legal obligations (combating fraud and money laundering), as a data controller;
- Klarna Bank AB (Sweden): if you choose to pay with Klarna. Klarna then processes your data, in particular to check your eligibility to pay in instalments, as a data controller and in accordance with its own privacy policy;
- our hosting provider, : website hosting;
- the carrier : delivery of your parcel;
- Meta Platforms Ireland (Instagram): if you write to us by direct message;
- our e-mail sending tool (shipping notifications and upcoming arrivals): ;
- Umami Software, Inc.: anonymous audience measurement, data hosted in the European Union, with no cookies and no personal data stored;
- if you accept them: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and TikTok Technology Limited (measurement of our adverts). Meta and TikTok also use this data for their own purposes, in accordance with their privacy policies.
We never sell or rent out your data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers, such as Stripe, our hosting provider Cloudflare, Meta and Google, may process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (US companies certified under the Data Privacy Framework) or by standard contractual clauses. If you accept the TikTok pixel, your data may be accessed from countries outside the European Union, including China, under standard contractual clauses.
Security
Payment is processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified: we never have access to your card numbers. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who need it to process your order have access to your data.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- have it corrected or erased;
- restrict its use or object to it;
- retrieve it in a readable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from the new-arrival e-mails or with the ‘Manage cookies’ link at the bottom of every page;
- decide what will happen to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at . We reply within one month. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to prove it.
